Please have the product code and/or name of your product ready when contacting us regarding after sales service topics!

Returns

You can return products within a 14-day return period.

Please include a copy of the invoice with the return so we can assign everything directly and also indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange of the product. Without the copy the processing will take much longer.

Return label

To receive a return label for your order, please send us an email to hello@appel.group

Please send over your order reference and address to create the return label or simply share the purchase invoice with your request.

We will share the label for your return shipment within shortest time via your e-mail address.
